The Boeing Corporate is seeking a System Design & Integration Specialist - Splunk to support our business in Seattle, WA or Everett, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
Administration of the Splunk system
Creation and management of baseline tenant configurations
Configuration management and upkeep of Splunk server cluster
Management of business and security compliance for ELAPS/Splunk
Involvement and planning of the future ELAPS/Splunk roadmap
Upkeep of documentation
Day to day customer issue resolution
Support the health of the system
Maintenance of automation and configurations
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years experience in IT related field
1+ years experience with Splunk
Preferred Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
Developing and application administration
1+ years experience with Linux system administration
1+ years experience with Shell Scripting
1+ years experience with Ansible
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+0 years' related work experience, Master+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
