Position Description:
Is a key support partner to a team of financial advisors with primary responsibilities of assisting with all administrative functions related to client service including answering client calls and routing to appropriate team members, receiving clients when they enter the office, and coordinating logistics for events and meetings (for both clients and internal team). Be responsible for sending wires for clients as required
Performs administrative duties which include managing travel and expenses for team members, and creating documents for internal team and client use.. May manage a number of different and often competing priorities, projects, or activities at one time. Communicates with team members to gather or convey relevant information. May be involved in high-level client contact and exposure to sensitive information and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment.
Required Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Polished and professional in person, phone and email communications
Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential and non-routine information with the highest degree of integrity
Advanced PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint applications
Concur or similar experience processing travel and expenses
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to follow well defined procedures and practices
Significant time management, organization, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
