evaluating local market characteristics, trends and drivers
Responsible for maintaining a stable relationship with the Home partners (i.e. frequent performance calls and visits to ensure they offer Booking.com's customers the best availability and supply in the region)
Be knowledgeable on Booking.com's products so that their benefits and usage can be explained to Partners
Help identifying new potential partner leads and support the onboarding of new partners
Working closely with the Connectivity team to share advanced knowledge of connectivity opportunities with partners.
Participating, organizing and coordinating Tourist Trade Fair visits related to Booking Home Partners Marketspace.
Support the organization of events, such as workshops and webinars, for partners. Also encouraged to attend the partner events for their portfolio
Qualifications & Skills:
Knowledge about Vacation Rental market
Significant experience in a relevant account management/sales/business development function
Proficient in spoken and written English
Proved experience within e-commerce and/or travel industry
Proactive with a sense of responsibility and can work independently
Accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
A team player, self-motivated, flexible and open to change
This role must be based in the Sydney office - hybrid work arrangements.
Possesses a full Australian car driver's license
Travel for work: up to 50% of the time
This role does not support work visa sponsorship nor relocation
