Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Driving a high performance culture amongst the managed team. Oversees the staffing of the team with the best talent. Supports the development of individuals within the organization. Steers and directs people and teams to allow them to achieve both organizational and individual objectives;
Responsible for supporting the development of local opportunities, and leading the relationships with top partners in their geographical area.
Leading the business reviews to ensure progress towards company targets.
Representing Booking.com towards local authorities, leading the conversation with local and regional tourism bodies, with the goal to develop the business and ensure close relationships with local stakeholders.
Deliver quantity and quality reports on results and performance for information support to Booking.com;
Responsible for the cost of their operations
Leading the formulation of Booking.com's global strategy into a locally relevant plan
Ensuring collaboration with other channels within the organisation to achieve targets and KPIs
Qualifications & Skills:
Customer focused, independent, sense of responsibility and target focus;
Excellent communication and commercial skills;
A minimum 4 years overall leadership experience;
Excellent understanding of the hotel market;
Business focused;
Positive attitude;
Valid driver's license;
Fluent English;
Availability to travel up to 50%
