    Position summary

    • Operational Excellence: Drive the day-to-day operations for key payment partner accounts, ensuring seamless execution, proactive issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

    • Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Develop, analyze, and present sophisticated reports on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership for commercial process enhancements and strategic initiatives.

    • Team & Initiative Leadership: Take a leadership role on multiple secondary tasks within the FinTech Partnerships team, such as leading critical incident management protocols (including root cause analysis and post-mortem reporting), optimizing service administration (e.g., CRM strategy and implementation), or developing advanced stakeholder management frameworks (e.g., cross-functional alignment and knowledge sharing).

    • Complex Incident Resolution: Lead the resolution of complex incidents with internal and external stakeholders, implementing robust tracking mechanisms, driving effective communication, and ensuring swift, comprehensive resolutions.

    • Cross-Functional Optimization: Proactively identify, propose, and implement significant optimization opportunities by collaborating closely with senior cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Product, Legal, Finance, Treasury, Risk, and Compliance) to drive large-scale improvements.

    • Strategic Liaison: Act as a critical liaison between internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic insights, mediating complex discussions, and driving measurable resolutions on high-priority topics.

    Key Requirements:

    • Experience: 8-10 years of progressive experience in a similar role with a strong preference for experience within the fintech or payment industry managing large, strategic accounts.

    • Industry Expertise: Extensive prior experience working with PSPs, acquirers, wallets, banks or other fintech companies, demonstrating a deep understanding of the payment ecosystem and its intricacies.

    • Analytical Acumen: Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.

    • Negotiation Experience: experience working with legal teams to draft, negotiate and sign contracts

    • Project Management: Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

    • Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels, both internally across multiple stakeholders and externally.

    • Problem-Solving: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating ambiguity and driving solutions to complex challenges.

    • Location: Amsterdam, with a hybrid work model requiring 2 days in the office per week.
