Drive quarterly business reviews, monitor performance metrics, and surface improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Product to evaluate new vendor partnerships and negotiate commercial terms.
Represent Booking.com's commercial voice in cross-brand conversations with Priceline and Agoda where offsite synergies exist.
Commercial Support and RFP Leadership
Support Business Development teams with high-value RFPs, proposal design, and campaign strategy - ensuring commercial, operational, and product alignment.
Build and maintain a centralized RFP toolkit, including templates, pricing logic, case studies, and storytelling materials.
Coach BDMs on how to position audience extension and data-driven propositions effectively with agencies and vertical partners.
Media Planning and Data Storytelling
Lead the creation of multi-channel media plans that combine on-platform and offsite elements for integrated client proposals.
Work closely with Ad Ops and Yield to model performance and ROI scenarios for advertisers.

Translate performance insights into client-ready materials and internal learnings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product, Data Science, and Ad Ops to feed commercial requirements into product development.
Work with Finance and Yield to align offsite pricing models and revenue forecasting.
Collaborate with Communications and Marketing to evolve how we tell the Booking Ads story externally (case studies, presentations, and industry events).
Contribute to intercompany alignment with Priceline and Agoda Ads to ensure unified commercial positioning and shared learnings.
