From onboarding and documentation to content quality, diagnostics, and performance optimization, while meeting platform-grade reliability, privacy, and safety standards. You'll work cross-functionally with a lot of different teams across the business and partner with commercial teams to ship products used by some of the world's largest travel and consumer internet brands.

    • Measuring and communicating the team's progress and impact to the business leadership in a transparent and effective way. This includes defining key business and services success metrics, tracking them, and improving upon them.

    • Guiding new capabilities, systems and services from inception to launch while keeping travelers and partners at the center of everything.

    • Deeply understand the direction of the business and the problems customers face; extract and identify requirements from other business initiatives, customer requirements and prioritize them ruthlessly.

    • Constantly engage with stakeholders to expand the coverage of the product and create impact.

    • Work closely with key stakeholders to define and ship high quality products.

    Role Qualifications and Requirements:

    • At least 6 years of experience in product management roles spanning across B2B and B2B2C

    • Experience with demand distribution ecosystems, particularly involving forward distribution or multi-channel integration, with a deep understanding of how supply and demand dynamics influence platform scalability and efficiency.

    • Proven track record of collaborating with Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) providers to integrate products and services into their ecosystems.

    • Previous experience working with ML/AI products and/or services.

    • Ability to articulate complex technical products as a clear and compelling narrative.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Be able to clearly communicate with the business at all levels.

    • Strong technical background and experience with managing platform products and complex roadmap development.

    • Excellent prioritization skills in time critical situations while balancing customer & business needs.

    • The ability to zoom in as well as see a 10,000 ft view
