What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

We're looking for a Senior Experience Designer from a consulting, digital practice or industry environment to join our team. You will have a background in UX Design and have experience in designing intuitive engaging customer journeys and machine interactions.

At least 5 to 8 years of end to end Experience Design experience including a range of Human Centred Design activities such as: User Research, User Experience Design, Service Design, Prototyping, Visual Design, User Interface Design and Interaction Design

A strong portfolio of work where UI/Visual design is your focus

Experience working within multidisciplinary teams of product managers, developers, strategic, visual and motion designers

Demonstrated experience in ethnographic research techniques and usability evaluation

Experience in translating user research and usability test findings into interactive product solutions

The ability to travel often for extended periods of time across Europe
