PURPOSE:

Integral relationship with customers in order to manage collection and billing.

To manage all aspects of credit and collections for a portfolio of major accounts, including analysis of credit risk, establishment of credit lines, and collection strategies for the portfolio. In addition, to develop a working knowledge of major accounts handled by members of his/her team, and assist Credit Analysts with the implementation of effective strategies for managing these accounts. Work with Credit Analysts to optimize their utilization of credit and collections tools, including GetPaid and SAP.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage portfolio of accounts, including analysis of credit risk, establishment of credit lines, execution of collection strategies, and development of strong working relationships with customer base.
• Work with Credit Analysts to gain a working knowledge of all major accounts in their portfolios and work with them to implement effective account management strategies.
• Work with Credit Analysts on the optimal utilization of credit and collection tools, particularly GetPaid and SAP, to ensure effective management across the full spectrum of accounts in each portfolio.
• Develop effective account management strategies, particularly for problem accounts, and assist Credit Analysts with developing their negotiating skills to achieve win-win solutions with their accounts.
• Assist Credit Analysts in their development of working relationships with Sales personnel and communication with the sales force. Assist Credit Analysts with their understanding of sales programs ' capital equipment programs, special billing programs, bulk deals.
• Work with Credit Analysts/Divisional Liaisons on the effective delivery of monthly reviews and assist with the monitoring of divisional KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and their drivers.
• Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
• May oversees operational cash management and cash flow forecasting; Handles bank administration, funds transfers and foreign exchange dealings under the direction of Corporate Treasury
• May coordinate global Business Services: Information Technology Management (if applicable in country), facilities, etc.
• Responsible for other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Accountant preferably or related careers such as Industrial Engineer, Business Administration and economics
• 1-3 years collection management experience, preferably in the health field, but it is open to another industry.
• Experience in managing personnel / team. Who has worked in finance
