Business Process Analyst II

This is a 1 to 2 year Defined Term position

About the role:
The Business Process Analyst partners with department leads in Distribution, Customer Service, Quality and Manufacturing to analyze and improve work processes utilizing systems and services. You will drive changes in technology and processes with minimal supervision. Work on multiple teams developing and executing tasks to drive successful project completion.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for researching, documenting technical opportunities, identifying and resolving system issues. The Business Process Analyst will work partner with Stakeholders and IT colleagues to interpret business objectives and translate them into workable technology solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide level 1 support on the product, technical, and functional questions t by serving as a liaison as needed with our Product team and Business Stakeholders as needed for multiple sites.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audience
• Elicit business requirements and manage business partner expectations.
• Negotiate with business on priority capabilities for inclusion on product releases.
• Actively participate in projects to achieve business goals through process and system changes
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders
• Develop and author test strategy, test plans, and test cases.

• Execute and document acceptance testing, report test results and drive resolution of defects.

What we’re looking for in you:
Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years of similar work experience
• Experience utilizing SAP for Order to Cash, Inventory Management
• Self -disciplined and results oriented with the ability to meet or exceed deadlines
• Experience performing hands on end user support and UAT testing
• Enjoys working as a collaborative team member
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Creative and innovative thinking
• Adaptable to changing situations and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP master data, macros, and tables
• Experience with Supply Chain Inbound and Outbound Distribution Logistics
• Experience with SAP S4HANA
• Familiar with working in a regulated environment
• Experience with Agile methodologies
