**Contract Administrator
About the role:**
Corporate Accounts, Pricing and Contracting is seeking a Contracting Administrator, to support Corporate Sales field based teams. This person will be responsible for supporting aspects of Pricing within targeted Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). Support includes, but is not limited to, reporting and pro-active, forwarding thinking business decision support. The ideal candidate is highly motivated with strong technical competencies and solution oriented. Possess project management skills, including effectively managing multiples priorities in a fast paced and time sensitive environment, process oriented with focus on continuous process improvements to maximize effectiveness and efficiencies and excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support the sales teams by providing pre-contract sensitivity analysis, including price and revenue modeling, profitability and revenue risk exposure, and manage pricing approval process via our contract management system and business unit guidelines.
- Develop, interpret and disseminate contract specific performance reporting and trend analysis to the supported sales organizations in a timely manner, leveraging the reporting available through the contract management system and producing customized contract reporting as required.
- Provide sales personnel with guidance as required on the strategic intent and parameters of the available sales programs and guidelines.
- Support the sales organization requirements in the development of RFP/contract responses, including customer facing material, and coordination of the contract document requirements.
- Manage rebate accruals, optimizing the ratio of contract accruals to settlements.
- Provide account level and contract sales reporting to field sales organizations and external customers.
- Utilize contracting management system tools and adhere to defined Corporate Sales Operations processes to ensure accurate and timely contract and pricing changes.
- Work closely with the sales organizations, customers and other members of the Corporate Sales Operations, as needed, to resolve price discrepancies and issue appropriate credits related to customer contracts.
- Coordinate with the other Corporate Sales Operation employees to ensure effective workflow, enable efficiencies and consistent process execution.
- Maintain an understanding of contract requirements to ensure all relevant contract administrative obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.
Investigate customer issues and work to resolve appropriately and timely.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Highly motivated with strong technical and analytical competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Office programs with strong Excel analytics experience
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Related work experience in the areas of contract administration, sales support/operations, finance, data analytics, customer service operations, or accounting.
- Familiar with Data Management system a plus (i.e. SAP, Model-N, Tableau, SalesForce)
Prior medical device or Boston Scientific experience
