Finance Manager- Saudi Arabia Job

Purpose Statement :

Responsible for maintaining a robust control environment and for internal and external financial reporting as well as managing risk, while delivering business decision support or services to the entire business or functional group. Provides financial forecasting, guidance and results for the divisional or functional management. Finance Manager is responsible providing the division or functional group's financial forecasts and analysis activities and management of supporting financial staff. Identifies and leads opportunities for Continuous Improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• May Support monthly and quarterly reporting or other key processes, related controls and forecasting activities. Ensures the accuracy, reliability and integrity of divisional/corporate/functional reporting or analysis.
• Shares finance best practices across all divisions and within the function. Continually improves processes and procedures. Works with others in business partnering activities. Produces, delivers and communicates actionable business and financial information. Proactively reviews and makes suggested changes to non-value added activities.
• Monitors and ensures compliance with all Financial Regulatory laws including all components of Section 404 Sarbanes Oxley Act.
• Analyzes and communicates the impact of special situations, including acquisitions, partnerships and distribution agreements. Works on the financial integration, the internal controls and the financial reporting to these arrangements
• Provides data to support the work of the VP, Division/Regional Controller or senior functional management to establish challenging financial goals, plans and objectives that enable growth and profitability.
• Coordinates forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Ensures establishment of and compliance with service metrics or standards
• Evaluates, monitors and insures effective operation of internal controls and disclosure controls. When necessary takes corrective action timely.
• Leads project teams to identify and develop continuous improvement opportunities
• Recruit, retain and develop functional staff.
