    Position summary

    elopment of our forms product in Amsterdam. You will be responsible to develop a quality focused high performing team. You will be mentoring engineers on the team in their career development.

    We follow agile methodologies for development and utilize BDD to ensure quality. You will be leading team through quarterly planning process, setting up OKRs, lead scrum rituals, deliver on quarterly plans and OKRs.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Plan roadmap and releases working with sr. leadership and product partners

    • Monitor team progress against defined roadmap and OKRs.

    • Mentor and grow team members

    • Lead scrum rituals

    • Propose and drive process improvements in team and across org

    WHO YOU ARE

    Required skills

    • You have 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams

    • You have 7+ years of technical experience building full stack web applications or large-scale distributed systems

    • You have worked with cloud technologies - AWS, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes

    • You are able to build alignment and execute on new technical ideas

    • You have a people-oriented leadership style

    Preferred skills

    • You have experience in cloud software

    • You have experience in running teams that build and maintain services

    • You have experience with DevOps and observability best practices - Reliability fundamentals, CI/CD, service up time, etc.
