    Position summary

    About the Role
    Brivo is the leader in cloud-based access control and a major provider of IoT and SaaS services for a wide variety of buildings.  As the Strategic Partnerships Manager based in Europe, you will recruit and manage key Brivo software partners to grow Brivo’s footprint in key industries and add value to Brivo’s product via the expansion of the partner ecosystem. To be successful in this role, you must be entrepreneurial and able to develop and adhere to processes for growth of partnerships. 
    In this role, you will also be expected to:

    • Support the Senior Director of Global Partnerships in the creation and execution of the partnership strategy and pipeline targets.
    • Identify, establish and develop relationships with both existing and new software and hardware ecosystem partners.
    • Nurture and grow relationships with partners via periodic meetings and other related activities.
    • Work with the API Technical Support and Integrations Specialists to assist with integrations.
    • Work with the Senior Director of Product Marketing and Product Marketing teams to form collateral and clearly explain integration/partnership value proposition both internally and externally.  
    • Collaborate with partners to identify possible joint end users and pursue sales together.
    • Serve as advocate for partners to relevant departments including sales, marketing, product management and engineering.
    • Track partner sales in CRM and work with Brivo field sales team and channel partners to close partner-driven business.
    • Represent Brivo at trade shows and other relevant industry events to raise awareness of Brivo in key industries.

    About You

    • Outstanding customer/partner relationship skills.
    • Demonstrated experience of exceeding sales quotas in either direct end user sales or partnerships.
    • An entrepreneurial growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
    • Outstanding presentation skills.
    • Security, IoT and/or SaaS experience preferred
    • Experience of working in or alongside global technology companies in a partnership role preferred.
    • Comfort with technology -  understanding how things work with an ability to speak confidently to technical audiences as well as sales teams.
    • Based in Europe
    • Willingness to travel 20-30%.
