This role provides support to the HRBP's (Human Resources Business Partners) on the execution of Human Resources programs and initiatives related to employee experience and engagement. This role works with the HRBP's to identify opportunities, develop and implement strategies to increase employee engagement. In addition, this position partners with the Human Resources Centers of Excellence (COEs), Corporate Partners, and Business Leaders to deliver an outstanding employee experience and provide value-added customer service. This role is responsible for providing data-driven analysis and insights into considerations for the Bartlett, TN facility and workforce.
The Coordinator, Employee Experience and Engagement collaborates with various departments throughout the organization coordinating with multiple sources to organize efforts and execute employee engagement activities and takes ownership of various reporting functions, including but not limited to, report creation, running standard reports, and communicating predefined metrics. This position also manages projects as requested.
Duties & Responsibilities
Employee Engagement
Provide support and troubleshooting to Managers and Employees on recognition systems and best practices. Analyze, provide insights and suggestions to the Human Resources Leadership Team.
Coordinate efforts and support Managers and warehouse/production employees to gain access to electronic engagement surveys, analyze, identify, and mitigate areas of concern from results
Suggest, support and prepare/coordinate various employee events ranging from engagement activities to wellness initiatives.
Act as a liaison for the Human Resources team participating in the employee event committee overseeing offsite employee events, including but not limited to Company picnic and Holiday parties
Act as a liaison for the Human Resources team participating in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities and initiatives
Human Resources Business Partner Operations
Create reports as requested for Human Resources COEs, HRBPs, and business units, including but not limited to employee engagement survey data, turnover, new hires, performance management, and recognition programs
Perform regular analysis and evaluation of Human Resources reporting to identify areas of risk/concern and make data-driven and best practice recommendations to Human Resources Leadership team accordingly
Oversee system configuration of Employee Engagement and other employee surveys and liaise with Managers to provide system oversight
Review and analyze engagement survey results and provide support to HRBPs and management in the creation of action plans based on their findings
Gather exit interview data from HRPBs and departing employee surveys to generate reporting, provide analysis of data trends and recommendations on how to improve retention rates based on workplace best practice
Aid HRBPs team by exercising discretion and actioning upon various employment matters including but not limited to job descriptions, leave of absences (LOA), medical accommodations and general human resources processes and policies
Support ad-hoc projects from the Human HRBPs or Operations team
Employee Experience (Centers of Excellence Support)
Talent Acquisition
Provide onsite support and coordination to the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and Hiring Managers to ensure a positive candidate experience, through physical interview spaces and warehouse tours
Act as a liaison for the Human Resources team reviewing employee tenure and facilitating employee conversions between our vendor and TA team
Act as a liaison for the TA team for our internship program and collaborate with the HRBPs to execute early career talent mobility programs, such as the internship program, locally
Support Hiring Managers with onboarding new hires, procuring equipment, and onboarding plans
Learning and Development (L&D)
Ensure inclusive communications tailored to the employee population regarding Learning and Development (L&D) offerings
Provide hands-on coordination with L&D and external vendors supporting various onsite training programs
Support L&D with the facilitation of annual employee training, including but not limited to annual performance reviews and goals
Employee Communications
Act as a liaison to the Corporate Communications team in ensuring employee communications are streamlined to meet local employee needs including processes and tools to support an inclusive environment promoting effective and engaging two-way communication by leveraging a multitude of media and communication outlets from screens, video to flyers, posting, and in-person meetings
Support communication efforts locally for various employee events
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
Experience
2+ years broad-based HR experience including partnering with Human Resources Center of Excellence teams and Shared Service; experience with running/coordinating events (virtually and in-person)
Licenses/Certifications
PHR/SPHR - Professional/Senior Professional in Human Resources - Preferred
Software/Technical Skills
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
HRIS System (Workday preferred)

This role will be a hybrid role. Subject to business needs, employees may work remotely up to two days per week. Assigned office days will be determined by managers.

The salary (or hiring) range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000per year
Starting salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location, and alignment with market data
