ogram. This exciting opportunity provides selected undergraduate students with a PAID, 10-week experience from Monday June 2 through Friday August 8. Eligible student applicants will be current sophomores and juniors (rising juniors and seniors respectively during the Summer 2025 program period), possess US work authorization, and be able to work 40 hours per week in a hybrid or full on-site environment at the location noted. The objectives of the program are to provide meaningful work and projects for completion and to help Brother develop a strong pipeline of talent within our operating communities.
This role will be based at our Bridgewater, NJ location and follow a hybrid work schedule.

Here's What You'll Do This Summer:
Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and employee engagement programs to enhance and support their events
Create engaging materials and content for company Town Hall meetings, DEI/Culture presentations and documents, and the company intranet
Develop Corporate Social Responsibility reports and maintain the employee recognition monthly survey
Review and promote various tools and services to support ERG and company communications initiatives
Our Successful Candidate:
Must be a present college sophomore or junior (rising junior or rising senior during the Summer 2025 program period) returning to an undergraduate program following the summer to be eligible
Target Major(s) or Fields of Study: Human Resources or Communications
REQUIRED Experience & Technical Skills:
Experience owning and executing projects from start to finish
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify optimal solutions
Skilled in writing clear, concise, and engaging content
Comfortable and confident in presenting ideas and contributing during meetings
Proactively manage multiple tasks, seek out opportunities, and adhere to deadlines with a solutions-oriented mindset
Additional Preferred Experience & Technical Skills:
Meet challenges head-on, using innovation to problem solve
Promote a collaborative team culture while also showcasing your own individual creativity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Constant Contact, and social media management tools
Interest or coursework in DEI, Communications, PR, or Marketing
