    Position summary

    ogram. This exciting opportunity provides selected undergraduate students with a PAID, 10-week experience from Monday June 2 through Friday August 8. Eligible student applicants will be current sophomores and juniors (rising juniors and seniors respectively during the Summer 2025 program period), possess US work authorization, and be able to work 40 hours per week in a hybrid or full on-site environment at the location noted. The objectives of the program are to provide meaningful work and projects for completion and to help Brother develop a strong pipeline of talent within our operating communities.

    This role will be based at our Bridgewater, NJ location and follow a hybrid work schedule.

    Here's What You'll Do This Summer:

    • Assist with the review and redline editing of contracts, coordinating the execution of contracts via DocuSign

    • Conduct research on various statutes and new regulations that may affect our business, drafting summaries to support the team

    • Update the legal document filing system and compile program metrics for tracking and reporting

    Our Successful Candidate:

    • Must be a present college sophomore or junior (rising junior or rising senior during the Summer 2025 program period) returning to an undergraduate program following the summer to be eligible

    REQUIRED Experience & Technical Skills:

    • Excellent research and writing skills for effective documentation and reporting

    • Ability to communicate effectively across various teams

    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word for redline editing, Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar, and Microsoft Excel

    Additional Preferred Experience & Technical Skills:

    • Experience using DocuSign and Microsoft Teams

    • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively

    • Proficient in creating PowerPoint presentations, with an understanding of design and content organization
