ogram. This exciting opportunity provides selected undergraduate students with a PAID, 10-week experience from Monday June 2 through Friday August 8. Eligible student applicants will be current sophomores and juniors (rising juniors and seniors respectively during the Summer 2025 program period), possess US work authorization, and be able to work 40 hours per week in a hybrid or full on-site environment at the location noted. The objectives of the program are to provide meaningful work and projects for completion and to help Brother develop a strong pipeline of talent within our operating communities.
This role will be based at our Bridgewater, NJ location and follow a hybrid work schedule.

Here's What You'll Do This Summer:
Assist in website auditing by compiling findings, suggesting improvements, and helping implement on-page SEO changes based on audit results
Update website meta data and fix broken links to improve website performance
Research relevant topics, create SEO-optimized blog posts or articles, and collaborate with the marketing team to schedule and promote content
Our Successful Candidate:
Must be a present college sophomore or junior (rising junior or rising senior during the Summer 2025 program period) returning to an undergraduate program following the summer to be eligible
Target Major(s) or Fields of Study: Digital Marketing
REQUIRED Experience & Technical Skills:
Proficient in keyword research, with the ability to identify target keywords for content optimization
Experienced in assisting with content optimization including enhancing website elements such as meta tags, headings, and images to improve search visibility
Knowledgeable in implementing on-page SEO strategies by analyzing page structure and improving internal linking
Skilled in conducting competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation in SEO strategies.
Ability to create regular reports on SEO performance to track progress and inform future strategies
Additional Preferred Experience & Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of technical SEO, including knowledge of website structure, mobile optimization, and site speed factors that impact search rankings
Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create SEO-friendly content that engages users and aligns with brand messaging, while clearly communicating ideas and strategies
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze website performance metrics using Google Analytics or similar tools to derive insights and inform SEO strategies
Familiarity with on-page SEO techniques, including crafting effective meta titles and descriptions, utilizing header tags, and optimizing images
