Requirements/Qualifications

A commercial qualification and 5+ years of professional experience in customer service, training administration, marketing, sales or similar.

Fluent in German and English, French is an advantage.

Experience with Learning Management software (Docebo) is a plus.

Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques.

Proficiency with MS Office package and Teams, Zoom.

Experience with modern marketing tools and processes.
