    Job Title: Systems Verifcation Group

    Location: Cork

    Reports to: Software Engineering Director

    Internship Overview

    Join our team to explore and develop AI capabilities for digital verification. This role offers hands-on experience applying Machine Learning and AI techniques to solve complex engineering challenges in software and hardware verification.

    Role Responsibilities:

    Work under the guidance of R&D leads to design, prototype, and evaluate AI features within Cadence's verification tools.

    Assist in algorithm selection, data analysis, and tuning for proof-of-concept projects.

    Document findings and contribute to code reviews and testing.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

    • Proficient in programming with Python, C++, or Java.

    • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and a solid understanding of basic statistics.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.

    • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and/or Electronic Design is a plus.
