Manage a local team of 2 HR professionals responsible for recruitment, training and development, systems, community, and employee relations, and provide them with guidance and support.
Partner with senior leadership and the global HR team to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the business's strategic goals.
Interface regularly with the EMEA HR team to share trends and provide insights to regional priorities and challenges, recording and developing HR processes where needed.
You will be:
working closely with the global compensation team to analyze local trends in compensation and benefits;
Working closely with the finance team to support various pay-related processes, such as salary, benefits, and pension;
Overseeing the recruitment and onboarding processes;
Overseeing training and talent development;
Managing employee relations, including labor law compliance;
Ensuring the organization's compliance with local law and regulations.
Requirements:
A people-oriented, active, and results-driven person with the competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
At least 10 years of proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive in a global high-tech company based in Israel
Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
In-depth understanding of the Israeli labor market, including labor law, compensation, pension, and practices
Analytical mindset and ability to manage budgetary and statistical data.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Strong consulting and coaching skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew
Place of work - Petah Tikva, with regular visits to Haifa. Willing to travel overseas as needed
