    • Nurture relationships with C-level executives throughout the year, understanding their preferences and needs.

    • Continuously monitor the external landscape to identify and cultivate new high-value relationships.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional and memorable events and follow up actions.

    • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative elements into event planning.

    • Leverage a customer relationship management tool to track key relationships.

    • Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure flawless execution of events.

    • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality in executive interactions.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather relevant data and feedback for comprehensive reporting.

    • Utilize reporting insights to refine and enhance future event strategies.

    • Create best in class program content, materials, technology, experiences to find unique solutions taking experiences to a new level.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Proven experience in event planning, particularly for C-level executives.

    • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

    • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

    • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and commitment to delivering iconic experiences.

    • Ability to adapt to dynamic situations, solve problems efficiently, react under pressure, use good judgment in ambiguous situations, and be fungible.

    • Excellent organization, communication and negotiation skills.

    • Familiarity with the latest trends in event planning and executive relationship management.

    • Ability to travel internationally and up to 30% of the time as needed

    • Demonstrate a data-driven approach to problem solving and prioritization

    • Adeptness to think ahead and set plans in motion for future growth needs

    Basic Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

    • At least 3 years experience in Corporate Event Planning

    • At least 3 years experience in Project Management

    • At least 3 years experience working with internal and external executive level leadership

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree

    • 4+ years experience leading cross functional teams

    • 5+ years experience in Corporate Event Planning

    • 5+ years of Relationship Management or Business Development experience

    • Experience using Salesforce, Tableau, Google Suite, Slack, and Social Media

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
