Skills and Competencies:
Proven experience in event planning, particularly for C-level executives.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Creative thinker with an eye for detail and commitment to delivering iconic experiences.
Ability to adapt to dynamic situations, solve problems efficiently, react under pressure, use good judgment in ambiguous situations, and be fungible.
Excellent organization, communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with the latest trends in event planning and executive relationship management.
Ability to travel internationally and up to 30% of the time as needed
Demonstrate a data-driven approach to problem solving and prioritization
Adeptness to think ahead and set plans in motion for future growth needs
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 3 years experience in Corporate Event Planning
At least 3 years experience in Project Management
At least 3 years experience working with internal and external executive level leadership
4+ years experience leading cross functional teams
5+ years experience in Corporate Event Planning
5+ years of Relationship Management or Business Development experience
Experience using Salesforce, Tableau, Google Suite, Slack, and Social Media
Strong written and verbal communication skills
