Capital One’s Card Acquisitions Platform is hiring product managers who will help lead the development of digital platforms and products that power these experiences.

In this role you will define and lead the product strategy for Capital One’s Credit Card Application Platform. In this role, you will develop next-gen capabilities that enable sophisticated experience testing strategies, empower the one of the largest inner sourcing communities at Capital One, and above all, deliver a frictionless application experience for our customers. You will do it all in a collaborative environment that values your insight, encourages you to take on new responsibilities, promotes continuous learning, and rewards innovation.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as a Product Owner, leading a high-performing agile team to translate business strategies into products and features that delight our customers and position our company for substantial growth.

• Develop and lead customer research, prototyping, and test and learn agendas with a focus on building MVP experiences to test hypotheses

• Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and elevating any need for additional research to define future feature design

• Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders from a wide range of domains including engineering, design, business analysis, marketing, data science, and operations.

• Demonstrating a growth mindset, you’ll effectively use hypothesis-driven assessment of data to ensure your product or feature delivers on real business needs

• Articulate a succinct product roadmap to deliver business value and share with with stakeholders, elevating your team’s results and becoming a product matter expert

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

• At least 3 years of product management experience or at least 3 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

• MBA or Master’s degree

• 2+ years of experience in Agile product management

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

New York City:

$160,200 - $182,800 for Product Management
