    Position summary

    e communication needs of several businesses within the Commercial Bank. You will also partner closely with the Chief of Staff team, members of the Senior Leadership team, HR and other horizontal teams to drive alignment, engagement and connections across the org.

    The individual in this role will have experience in internal corporate or banking communications or experience in marketing or external public relations. This role operates with considerable autonomy and will proactively work to develop and execute communications at a high level. The candidate must have strong written and verbal communications skills, excellent project and change management skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at one time.

    Responsibilities :

    • Develop and execute communications strategies for Commercial Bank executives and their organizations that help the business achieve expected results

    • Ensure all messaging and communications strategies are focused, accurate, and aligned with the Commercial Communications team's messaging and approach

    • Support lead communicator on communications, including organizational announcements, meeting and speaking engagement preparation, and team updates that inform and inspire associates

    • Ensure that communications tell compelling stories about business priorities, with a strong voice and through the right channels

    • Develop and maintain intranet site(s), ensuring content aligns with Brand standards

    • Collect and analyze associate and leadership feedback and metrics to help improve overall engagement to reach our communication goals

    • Elevate impactful client and associate stories to share across the organization and Commercial Bank

    Basic Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience

    • At least 2 years of Corporate Communications, Internal Business Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations

    • At least 2 years of experience with the Google and Adobe suites

    Preferred Qualifications :

    • Experience with executive communications

    • Experience in diversity, inclusion, and belonging communications

    How our hybrid model works :

    This role is hybrid meaning associates typically spend about half their time (2-3 days per week) in-person at one of our offices listed on this job posting. Monday and Fridays are enterprise- wide virtual work days . Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are in-person days for associates to spend time together working in our beautifully-designed team areas.
