    Position summary

    ust-based relationships with stakeholders from different businesses, including senior executives, commercial teams, and functional teams.

    • Independently lead project workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and high-quality outputs.

    • Coach / mentor junior colleagues, fostering their professional development and ensuring productive team dynamics.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university and Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) from a top-tier institution, with academic excellence.

    • Experience in top-tier consulting firms and strong performance track-record.

    • Experience in strategy development across growth and transformation topics. Experience in Asia is preferred. (3-5 years for Associates, 6-8 years for Senior Associates)

    • Strong knowledge of financial modeling and corporate finance (either through experience or certifications e.g. CFA, CA qualification)

    • Experience in the agricultural, food, or commodities sectors is a plus.
