Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Design channel specific execution plan in alliance with the sales team in General Trade, Modern Trade, CSD and Quick CommerceDrive brand presence across digital platforms, ecommerce and marketplaces
Monitor performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, engagement and conversions
