Engage internal stakeholders to satisfy customers' expectation and to compete market quality.

Facilitate internal team to deploy the new process and requirements from McD's
Partner Plant to achieve customer KPIs, e.g. complaint targets, etc. Partner Commercial to support customer on-site quality visit & audit. Partner R&D to satisfy and comply NPD customer requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Good understanding of food manufacturing and food science
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Practical /pragmatic approach to problem solving and timely solution execution.
Ability to lead, coach, engage teams.
Be customer-focused and achievement-driven.
Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
