cultivate relationships with complex accounts, Ocean transportation, customers, clients, suppliers and other business partners including collaboration with other trade executions team outside of the EMEA region.
Follows up on new contracts with highly complex customers in reference to quality, quantity, origin, delivery period and schedule, payments, and pricing.
Work with external authorities, agents, at load/unloading port, supervision companies and other service providers to lead shipment and ensure customer clearance documentation.
Ensure compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations.
Monitor contracts, daily execution plans for shipment, tracking voyages and loading/discharging operations.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
Fluent English language skills - written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with International Commodity Contracts (GAFTA, FOSFA)+ Incoterms.
Knowledge in SAP modules (any type).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, SharePoint, Word, etc.).
Knowledge of Ocean freight conditions
