    Position summary

    to-day execution, monitor work progress, evaluate project performance, close the project, and capture lessons learned.

    • Lead and manage maintenance activities for infrastructures such as roads, drains, bridges, culverts, and buildings to ensure standardized, consistent, safe, and efficient work quality and technical processes across all locations.

    • Assess infrastructure and project issues and recommend solutions to achieve target, quality, and client-satisfaction objectives. Monitor and prepare reports for all stakeholders regarding maintenance and project status and progress to ensure projects are proceeding according to plan, including schedule, cost control, material management, and QC.

    • Monitor maintenance and project progress and intervene as necessary to resolve issues in coordination with the Director IFTS, OU managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

    • Monitor and prepare reports for all stakeholders on maintenance and project status and progress to ensure projects are proceeding according to plan, including schedule adherence, cost control, material management, and quality control (QC).

    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and codes (EHS).

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Minimum D3/S1 in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction/Road Management.

    • Preferable five (5) years of experience in Project Management, Construction Management, or Road Maintenance roles.

    • Experience in project management and familiarity with established project management methodologies.

    • Proficient in software applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, as well as design software such as AutoCAD.

    • Familiar with data analysis for monitoring performance to ensure target completion within prescribed deadlines and budget constraints. Strong ability to analyze data and present findings in monthly reports.

    • Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, with strong active listening skills to understand feedback from various stakeholders and ensure proper alignment of the required project scope and tasks to be delivered.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Ability to prioritize tasks with work breakdown structure, network diagram and critical path analysis.
    • Ability for exploring quick fix solution as recovery plan to solve problems that impacting.
    • Experience in planning, scheduling, and execution management methodologies.
