The Vessel Performance Specialist will be responsible for driving forth this purpose through the proactivemonitoring and improvement of vessel performance across Cargill's chartered fleet.
Key Accountabilities
Oversee performance metrics for a segment of the fleet.
Monitor, analyse, and report on performance trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure operational efficiency of the voyage.
Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing energy efficiency.
Contribute to the development of digital tools.
Assist with safety and compliance matters.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complexissues to appropriate staff

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
At least two years of relevant work experience.
Fluency in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or an equivalentdiscipline.
Sea-going experience as a Marine Engineer and/or prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Experience in processing data and applying statistical/data analysis techniques to generate actionable vessel performance insights and recommendations is a plus.
