    **Role overview

    The Senior IT Solutions Engineer will be responsible for implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) standards to scale with our company and contribute to the development of policies, strategies, and best practices by participating in management meetings along with varied direct contributions.. You will work closely with corporate system owners across the company including Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Engineering.. You will need to have several years’ experience managing a complete Identity and access management solution. You will need to document, design, and train users on the new systems implemented. Strong project management skills will be required as you will work independently on large projects, providing updates to cross-functional stakeholders. 

    What you'll do

    • Identify gaps in the current IT service catalog and collaborate with appropriate business stakeholders and IT teams to develop end-to-end technical solutions where appropriate.   
    • Engage with business stakeholders to understand needs and advocate prioritization of efforts on their behalf across multiple IT teams.  
    • Assisting the team to manage Atlassian products (Jira Service Management, Jira, and Confluence) by providing support and configuring schemes.
    • Work as a Identity and Access Management subject matter expert
    • Advocate for and lead implementation of automation across the IT service catalog to enable IT workers to engage with more meaningful efforts and reduce repeated manual tasks. Leverage strong scripting skills across multiple platforms and languages. 
    • Lead IAM initiatives by building and implementing standard operating procedures, processes, and guidelines. 
    • Identify gaps in current IAM solutions and develop roadmaps to address growth areas
    • Make highly complex decisions with little to no oversight, acting as a primary leader accountable for decision-making, quality-control, and results delivery. 
    • Assisting with execution of large-scale initiatives from requirements gathering to launch  
    • Troubleshoot and provide support to relevant products 
    • Occasional hours outside normal business according to business needs
    • Develop custom automations across multiple applications including: Atalssian, Slack, Okta, JAMF, etc. 
    • Maintain knowledge of technology and business processes via confluence 

    What you'll bring

    • Strong understanding of IAM and PAM solutions (Sailpoint preferred) and standards for: JIT, RBAC,time based access, and employee onboarding  
    • Solid background understanding and adhering to SOX requirements related to certain access levels and controls
    • Strong understanding of Atlassian terminology (Examples: workflows, issue types, security schemes, fields, etc.)
    • 5 plus years’ experience administering enterprise applications.  
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.  
    • Ability to manage a multitude of complex tasks and responsibilities.  
    • Strong troubleshooting and time management skills.  
    • Craft clear and concise documentation and knowledge base articles.  
    • Broad familiarity with a wide variety of IT Directory and Infrastructural systems. Examples: Okta, Okta Workflows, AWS, Jamf, Slack, Intune, Jira, Workday, etc.  
    • Experience working and running access reviews in a SOX compliant environment. 
    • Experience building Automated Reports 
    • Ability to manage ticketing systems with view of standardization and automating tasks. 
    • Strong understanding of Conditions, Triggers and Events within the scope of automation.
