Qualification

Experience (Years)

7+ Year experience from the similar industry ( Fire& Security products)

Required Skills:

• Technical sound on fire alarm & detection products
• Need to have extensive Product distribution sales experience.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Creative, a good problem solver and facilitator.
• Ability to manage several tasks concurrently.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Work in a trans-cultural environment and adhere to a team culture.
• Willingness to travel

Domain Area :

Fire & Security Product Sales with commercial and technical knowledge.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales : 

• Identify customers (Installers) for FSP (India) – across Western market.
• Increase channel partners for EST
• Engage & promote eST product & sales in all segments of the industry through SI’s and consultants
• Work with authorized customers, end users & support them to grow their business through EST products
• Ensure achievement of sales target, order booking & AR achievement as per the business plan.
• Monitor & expand business with partner to grow EST products.

Account Receivable

• Ensure timely collection of all outstanding receivables.

Technical Training

• Ensure necessary sales training to the SI/ customers
• Understand and ensure technical training/support to resolve issues of after-sales-support / warranty etc.

EDUCATION PREFERRED: Graduate or with MBA

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: 6-8 years’ experience

• Essential Competencies/ Primary Skill Set:

• Preferably have experience in Fire Products sales.( Fire alarm & detection)

• Proficiency in working on tenders and bids.

• Should be proficient in English and the local language.

• Customer relationship

• Desirable Competencies/ Secondary Skill Set:                   

• Techno commercial knowledge
