- Reviews all expenditures for small projects on a monthly basis and to ensure the accuracy of all invoices/applications for payment in accordance with purchase order and subcontract terms and conditions. Also ensures that they are processed (approved/authorized) in a timely manner.
- Updates project schedules regularly and prepares project management correspondences and documents on all aspects of the implementation phases, including customer meeting minutes, team assignments/action item tracking, letters, memorandums, transmittals and RFIs.
- Acts as the primary contact with customers, develops a professional relationship, and understands the customer needs to meet those within the bounds of contracted scope.
- Communicates and tracks job schedule for all project team members to support timely completion of project.
- Adjusts orders for any changes to the scope for small projects.
