    Key Responsibilities:

    • Performing measurements of electric power and energy, temperature, humidity, liquid or gas flow rates, pressure, and other parameters at customer sites
    • Collect data from BAS systems both on-site and remotely
    • Monitoring and evaluate ECM performance, including:
    • Review of metered data, utility bills, and BAS data
    • Identifying and prioritizing potential performance issues
    • Evaluating the potential impact of performance issues
    • Performing and/or coordinating on-site inspections to:
    • Review the customer’s experience with the installed ECMs
    • Verify that the equipment installed by NORESCO is:
    • In good condition
    • Operating as intended, and
    • Capable of generating the expected savings
    • Review O&M records to ensure that the equipment has been properly maintained
    • Calculating verified savings in accordance with the M&V plan, including:
    • Evaluating actual and contract utility rates
    • Development of baseline adjustments for
    • Reconciliation of verified and guaranteed savings
    • Preparing accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual reports
    • Working with customers to resolve ECM performance issues
    • Compiling historical ECM and project performance data

    Required Qualifications:

    • Travel up to 25% required
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with eQuest
    • Experience with energy savings calculations
    • Experience with FEMP and IPMVP
    • Experience with Python
