JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Study site details for a given site and finalize the following:

• Determine the model of commissioning

• prepare engineering design note, BOQ and scope of work for onsite tech

• Adopt standard site model and carry out offline commissioning as per SOP

• Carry out online commissioning as per available and applicable SOP

• Incorporate comments from QAQC process for site completion

• Monitor site & resolve any issues highlighted by customer

• Prepare final commissioning report and release site to customer using standard document formats.

• Prepare and maintain all the standard documents related to site as per SOP in standard template

• Take site back-up and site in repository along with related documents for the site

• Highlight site technical surprises to L2 controls team.
  Ensure completion of commissioning process for give site.

EDUCATION PREFERRED:

BSc, BE/B.Tech (Electrical, Mechanical & Electronics

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

At least 3 year experience in implementation of BMS controllers (JACE, Easy IO, ALC LGR) and related IO modules

• Essential Competencies/ Primary Skill Set:

• Knowledge on working principles of different site systems (HVAC, Lighting, DG, Meters etc.)

• Basic knowledge of controls protocols like Bacnet, Modbus, NRIO, Lon etc

• Basic knowledge of relay, contactor wiring architecture

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical/controls architecture and wiring diagrams

• Hands on experience on Microsoft Visio

• Basic exposure to JACE/Easy IO/ALC LGR functioning, control logic architecture, program blocks.

• Hands on experience on configuring the above controllers over Niagara N4/Ax and WebCTRL

• Self-driven willingness to learn and carry out minor modifications to standard site configurations based on site challenges

• Attitude to own and ensure completion of any task assigned

• Participate and suggest improvements in SOP to improve accuracy and turnaround time for sites.

• Willingness to work in shifts

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Conduct behavior in a professional manner, consistent with normal business practices
