Study site details for a given site and finalize the following:
Determine the model of commissioning
prepare engineering design note, BOQ and scope of work for onsite tech
Adopt standard site model and carry out offline commissioning as per SOP
Carry out online commissioning as per available and applicable SOP
Incorporate comments from QAQC process for site completion
Monitor site & resolve any issues highlighted by customer
Prepare final commissioning report and release site to customer using standard document formats.
Prepare and maintain all the standard documents related to site as per SOP in standard template
Take site back-up and site in repository along with related documents for the site
Highlight site technical surprises to L2 controls team.
Ensure completion of commissioning process for give site.
EDUCATION PREFERRED:
BSc, BE/B.Tech (Electrical, Mechanical & Electronics
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
At least 3 year experience in implementation of BMS controllers (JACE, Easy IO, ALC LGR) and related IO modules
Essential Competencies/ Primary Skill Set:
Knowledge on working principles of different site systems (HVAC, Lighting, DG, Meters etc.)
Basic knowledge of controls protocols like Bacnet, Modbus, NRIO, Lon etc
Basic knowledge of relay, contactor wiring architecture
Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical/controls architecture and wiring diagrams
Hands on experience on Microsoft Visio
Basic exposure to JACE/Easy IO/ALC LGR functioning, control logic architecture, program blocks.
Hands on experience on configuring the above controllers over Niagara N4/Ax and WebCTRL
Self-driven willingness to learn and carry out minor modifications to standard site configurations based on site challenges
Attitude to own and ensure completion of any task assigned
Participate and suggest improvements in SOP to improve accuracy and turnaround time for sites.
Willingness to work in shifts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Conduct behavior in a professional manner, consistent with normal business practices
