Carrier now has an opportunity for an Installation Technician Supervisor in Culemborg, Netherlands.
The main goal of this role is to coordinate the work to be performed at the work location. You are, together with the commissioners, responsible for a successful, reliable and effective execution so that we serve our customer in an excellent manner.
You are part of a project team in which you lead the on-site technicians and other parties involved (including contractors, subcontractors, freelancers, the customer and internal Carrier employees). These teams can vary per project, but also per day. Good cooperation is a must. The emphasis of the work is coordination and supervision on the installation of installations, but you may also carry out maintenance and repair work.
Tasks and responsibilities:
The annual realization of various assigned projects in accordance with the order confirmation and schedule. Close cooperation with the project related persons (this can be a Project Manager, Internal Project Leader or Account Manager), where you complement, support and advise each other is essential.
Guaranteeing the quality of subcontractors (heating, electricity, cooling technology and cabinets technology) by means of checklists and performing quality checks.
Material supply: checking delivered materials (tools, aids, cabinets, gases, etc.)) for completeness, correctness and condition of delivery. In case of deviations/shortcomings, you have contact with the Internal Project Leader or Project Manager.
Responsible for a safe working method and workplace based on the applicable EH&S requirements and local legislation for both yourself and subcontractors.
Process management: striving for an unambiguous implementation of efficient processes in which people, time and capacity are central. You are responsible for the schedule in conjunction with the subcontractors.
Correct and complete compliance with the rules of conduct associated with working in a team : Arriving on time: the basis for cooperation; Attitude and behavior: as a business card of Carrier, you always lead by example; Care, representativeness and company clothing: you are the business card of Carrier; Company car, materials and tools: the proper handling of company assets made available by Carrier; Tidying up and leaving the workplace neatly: you represent one company
Improvement management: identifying problems about matters in the process that need improvement. You are responsible for a short self-analysis on the one hand and raising the improvement of the process on the other
Ensuring proper administration: completing the necessary forms and documents completely, on time and frequently: a. The weekly timely, correct and complete submission of the weekly statements for the purpose of the monthly salary round (personally related)
Ensuring optimal (internal and external) customer satisfaction, among other things through successful collaboration with customers, project offices and internal departments
Contributing to the best possible employee satisfaction
