Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the coordination of test technicians in laboratory.
• Data Analysis experience for Test Report Evaluation
• Supplant of the Engineer test in any absentia or when workload is presented for the testing/Setup execution.
• Ensure that laboratory personnel not involved in activities other than their own.
• Ensure that staff receive no external Influences that affect the test procedures and methodology.
• Responsible for overseeing the tests performed in the laboratory.
• Responsible for the proper operation of the equipment in the laboratory.
• Responsible for testing methods.
• Supplies the Laboratory manager in the absence and only in the activities concerning the laboratory activities
• Ensure the implementation and maintenance management system ISO 17025 quality.
• Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the UL/ETL certification.
• Calibration Experience on equipment to fulfill process if it requires.
• Assist in the generation of positive influence with the team to achieve Cx goals
• Assure the Purchase materials requirements for the correct function of the  laboratory Stations
• Authorized Signatory for UL Laboratories for testing.
• Internal Audits for Quality System Experience
• Technical People Management
• Root Cause Analisis when is required.

Education

• IMA
• IMTC
• IME
• II
• IE 
• Master Degree

Knowledge 

• Knowledge in design processes and tools.
• Heat Transfer and Fluids Flow.
• Thermodynamics
• Technical knowledge in HVAC equipment and applications, Electricity, Electronics. 
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Project management
• SAP
• Windchill
• Model development software tools
• Proficiency in Matlab/Simulink, DAQ, Labview

Experience

• 3-5 years as a laboratory Supervisor 
• +7 year as Project engineer.
