    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assume a leadership role for Asia Parts centre by managing inventory planning, customer service, engineering, purchasing and logistics functions and achieving operational KPIs.
    • Achieve financial objectives of parts hubs and rentals business- internal sales, EBIT and Cashflow.
    • Partner with global parts organization to improve processes in planning, inventory optimization and NPI (New Product) launches and LCM (Life Cycle Management) support.
    • Finds opportunities to continuously improve the customer delivery model to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity
    • Design and manage policies and procedures, oversees customer service, and implements technology solutions
    • Establishes training and audit/assessment programs to ensure the implementation and effectiveness of internal controls.
    • As an active member of our leadership team, you will also be responsible to provide career development, performance management and mentorship.

    IDEAL PROFILE

    • Minimum 10+ years of overall industrial work experience
    • Strong knowledge of HVAC Commercial Products would be an added advantage
    • Minimum of 3 years work experience in Leadership roles of increasing responsibility, in a Regional Role
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain & customer service
    • Proven track record of developing a culture of performance
    • Ability to motivate, direct and lead effective-cum efficient performance of field operations
    • Thorough understanding of market dynamics including industry trends
    • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize data from various sources in both graphic and verbal format, while easily translating them to the target audience
    • Effective communication, negotiation skills and customer focus
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while managing multiple priorities
    • Coaches lower-level managers to ensure operational achievements are met.
    • Establishes training and audit/assessment programs to ensure the implementation and effectiveness of internal controls.
    • Owns the strategy and execution of complex key stakeholder issues
    • Finds opportunities to continuously improve the customer delivery model to enhance customer satisfaction
