Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and execute contract sales / marketing and customer loyalty program
- Maintain and grow current contract base by capture new customer and sustaining existing customers
- Preparation and follow-up of Contract Proposals
- Attending to jobsite when required
- Co-ordinate with the team to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of Contract Execution
- Other Task assigned by Department Manager / Superiors
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Marketing / Business Studies
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in Service, Contract Sales will be an added advantage
- Experience in HVAC industry will be an added advantage.
- Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License (Preferably own car)
- Proficient in Microsoft Software – Words, Excel, PowerPoint
- Pleasant personality with capability to effectively communicate with customers
- Able to work independently
- Team Player and Result Orientated
