Responsibilities:

To carry out the testing, commissioning and warranty servcing of HVAC equipment sold to our customer
To conduct operator training for customer after T&C
To supervise job carried out by subcontractors
To maintain the service reporting system
To communicate with factory for product quality enhancements
To ensure all works are carried out according to our EHS policies

Requirements:

Degree holder in related disciplines, i.e. Building Services, Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in service & maintenance of Commercial HVAC equipment & system
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Proficiency in using MS applications, AutoCAD and BIM
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
