Carrier Commercial Service is a unit of Corporation Corp. We are seeking a motivated, top-performing parts/aftermarket coordinator to join our commercial HVAC service group. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Specific responsibilities for this position include: This position is responsible for coordinating service branch resources to meet customer and business requirements. The selected candidate must possess proficiency in technical support, materials sourcing, parts procurement, obtaining pricing and availability, planning, and maintaining parts lists for service agreement obligations and repairs, and maintaining our warehouses. We seek an ambitious individual who possesses excellent computer, communication, organization, teamwork, research, problem-solving, critical thinking, and customer service skills.

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS:

• Preferred AA/AS degree, Technical/Business School Certificate or Diploma, Skilled Trades Apprenticeship OR Other post-high school training (two years duration) with the minimum of 5 years’ experience

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to multi-task in a very fast past environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must have solid computer skills
• Ability to work independently and pro-actively
• Prior experience in the HVAC industry is preferred
