• Upgrade and retrofit existing plant HVAC systems, General scope includes chiller plant, VRF, AHUs and mechanical services.
• Prepare and submit quotations for the opportunities to the market
• Prepare and conduct presentations to prospective customers to achieve growth objectives.
• Develop strategic plans to achieve new business targets as directed.
• Assist in the development of marketing plans of new goto market strategies.
• Support and encourage all team members to actively purse Value Adding and Cross Selling Opportunities.
• Actively participate to offer innovative solutions to customers whilst taking a lead role.
• Development of written documentation including tender documents and  project scope for handover to the operational delivery team.
• Interface with mechanical contractors, site management, and end users to ensure projects meet deadlines and deliver quality solutions.
• Support existing maintenance accounts to assist the branch meeting targets.
• Work with Controls team, Project managers, Account managers and branch managers to achieve financial goals

Professional Experience:

• 10 years’ Experience in HVAC field or an affiliated mechanical services industry
• Managed technical sales previously in HVAC field
• Develop sales Strategies
• Cross selling and solution sales
• Financial management including quoting and estimations

Professional Competencies:

• Fully conversant with Building services with 10 years experience
• A Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent in Trade qualifications
• Compedant in reading schematics and plan drawings
• HVAC design ability
