1 與客戶協調施作時程，執行冰水主機相關設備的定期檢查或年度保養工作 30%
2 與其他同仁共同輪值(夜間及假日)，處理客戶的緊急叫修事宜 30%
3 修繕(Repair)案件的執行、紀錄及處理報告製作 20%
4 支持新設備的試車工作、撰寫試車報告、協助現場移交作業及對業主的教育訓練 10%
