ng accurate, timely administrative support for the Human Resource Department for employees in Mexico City, Mexicali, Jalisco and Veracruz. The Human Resource Coordinator also serves as primary source of contact for employees for general Workday, general HR, process, talent, absence, and benefits questions.
Responsabilidades
1 Execute consistent hiring, change, leave and termination process in Workday HRIS
2 Create and provide hire, change and exit related paperwork upon request
3 Serve as HR process expert and ensure compliance with processes
4 Monitor and respond to employee calls, chat, voicemails and email inquiries
5 Monitor business process completion in Workday
6 Obtain on-boarding paperwork of new hires
7 Creation and deliver of any labor certificates for employees upon request, to support their relationship with the company and facilitate their personal transactions.
8 Participate in and initiate continuous improvement efforts
9 Interact with all levels of staff with professionalism, confidentiality, and sensitivity to employee and company information
10 Provide excellent customer service, both internally and externally
11 Consistently operate with excellent time management, prioritization, decision-making and problem-solving skills to meet service level agreements
12 Provide daily files to payroll team to support current payroll system and process. Assist as needed for payroll implementation project.
