Execute specific tasks delegated by the facilities team members
Complete daily tasks independently, with access to guidance from more experienced team members
Anticipate and plan for needs/issues to ensure smooth operations
Event Coordination:
Assist in coordinating large gathering space, bar/event requests, and Employee Engagement and Social events
Monitor event submissions, follow up on requests, and ensure proper closure
Maintenance Coordination:
Collaborate with the facilities team to resolve maintenance or repair issues, including those related to building, equipment and systems
Monitor work orders to ensure issues are resolved promptly by tracking progress and following up to confirm proper task completion
Administrative Support:
Aid in general administrative tasks related to facilities
Provide administrative assistance to the Facilities Teams, including scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, managing correspondence, and preparing reports or presentations
Qualifications
Multiple years of experience in facilities management or a related field
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High proficiency in computer applications
Skilled in using operational tools and software
Proven experience in coordinating with vendors and contractors
ADA Physical, Mental, Workplace Requirements
Occasional lifting to 25lbs
Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a desk or personal computer
Primary work environment is a corporate office setting

The salary range for this role is:
$24.51 - $35.27
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
