    Position Summary

    In partnership with the Experience Operations Assistant Manager, the Logistics Associate is responsible for supporting all Experience and Administration functions of the Arch & Tower. The Experience Operations team acts as the spine of the hospitality department supporting the needs of all experience & event activations.  

    Responsibilities

    • The logistics team is charged with the day-to-day supply and administration of the Arch & Tower.  Including fulfillment, transportation of merchandise and supplies and inventory management support. 

    • Support multiple hospitality activations across several properties including at the main business location, fulfillment and warehouse centers and other company properties as directed.   

    • Support efforts to resupply all goods and supplies to the business location from warehousing location on a regular cadence. 

    • Support all inventory needs including wine and merchandise.  Assist with quarterly physical inventory. 

    • Review monthly reports related to the business and annual budget and process monthly billing.

    • Assure all of the experience and staff environments are clean, safe, and always maintains the highest level of appearance.  

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Knowledge of wines, culinary and culture (of brand mission of Robert Mondavi Winery/Arch & Tower), as well as wine production and the wine industry.

    • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

    • Organized and self-motivated with the ability to make decisions that are best for the guest, team, and organization.

    • Excellent people skills with the ability to work in team-based environment.

    • Exemplary attention to detail and an unwavering dedication to quality with a desire to maintain an elevated level of customer service always.

    • Proficient at all software and platforms of technology to perform duties to ensure an elevated experience for guests and accuracy for company.

    • Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

    • Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines and to multi-task effectively

    • Excellent communication skills required, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear responses to clients and directions to internal hospitality management team and employees.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a genuine desire to help customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.

    • Professional phone and email skills with a strong team-oriented work ethic.

    •  2-3 years’ experience in a high-volume, luxury retail, restaurant, or hospitality environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 5 years of experience in a high-volume, luxury retail, restaurant, or hospitality environment with Knowledge and experience of elevated level wine and food service standards and an understanding of luxury décor and presentation

    • Reservation/property management software experience preferably Shopify, Tock, Tripleseat

    • TIPS/Responsible Beverage Service certified

    • Food Service certified

    • Experience in hotel or restaurant work

    • Foreign language skills a definite plus

    Physical Requirements/Work Environment

    The employee frequently is required to sit or stand for long periods of time.  The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move objects up to 55 pounds.  Frequent walking, including going up and down stairs and bending are required.

    Work Environment: Working conditions at an event and/or the main service property may require the employee to be outside for extended periods of time and/or occasionally in a kitchen with slippery floors.  Irregular shifts, nights, weekends, and long hours may be required, particularly when working an event.

    The pay rate for this role is $22.74 - $34.83. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
