    Position summary

    • Run reports as needed to capture elections/election changes

    • Request report updates through HRIS & update reporting templates

    • Use Security data to identify office utilization & review against elections to understand employee behavior

    • Mexico - Track Teletrabajo eligible participants & changes between elections, relay findings to MX HR and Payroll

    • Partners with Finance to address expense submissions outside of policy.

    Time Off -Develops annual holiday calendar with under guidance of Total Rewards leadership based on business input.

    Recognition - Support CBI's global recognition strategy

    • With Total Rewards Leadership Supports new CBI Recognition strategy for the company

    • Supports the development of education and supporting change management communications, and education to support systems and strategy changes.

    • Manages systems access questions and reporting needs from the CBI Shine platform.

    • Supports MSHA awards program and selection committee as well as facilitating award communications, trips, rewards and celebrations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree or progress against a Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience

    • Strong communications skills, demonstrating effective verbal, written and visual communications

    • Be organized, flexible, and proactive

    • Possess excellent time management skills, decision & problem-solving skills, interact with professionalism, confidentiality, and sensitivity to employee and company information.

    • Responsible, dependable, and takes initiative.

    • Sound analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as problem solving skill to ensure appropriate responses and data integrity.

    • A positive attitude and mature personality conducive to working effectively as a team player with diverse employees and locations.

    • Able to work independently to progress against projects and initiatives, under guidance of manager

    ADA Physical/Mental/Workplace Requirements:

    • Periodic travel or coming to a company office may be required

    The salary range for this role is:

    $19.00- $28.50 an hour

    This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
