    Position Summary

    Establishes and maintains strong communication patterns. Utilizes effective troubleshooting skills to ensure a specified territory of distributor and warehouse service provider (WSP) operations achieve Constellation sales and days on hand targets.  Coordinates order processing, allocation of products and inventory control. Works with distributors and field sales personnel to make decisions regarding order fulfillment. Manages oversight and compliance of applications and processes specific to Customer Management’s (CM) day to day responsibilities.

    Responsibilities

    • Interfaces with key distributor partners to collaborate and proactively address issues relative to forecasted depletions for inventory, appointment management and projected days on hand.

    • Monitors the KPI process and provides information regarding order fulfillment and days on hand compliance to internal and external customers.

    • Acts as the primary supply chain contact for a designated Field Sales Business Unit (BU) and facilitates regular communications with their assigned Field Sales BUOD.

    • Provides regular updates to field personnel regarding product flow and wholesaler concerns.

    • Troubleshoots and provides customer support to distributors within a specified territory.

    • Consistently communicates any operational and inventory risks/opportunities within designated BU area.

    • Works cross-functionally with WSP, sales and operations to allocate product, monitor receipts and ensure that billings goals are achieved.   

    • Resolves underperforming metrics and develops a plan to increase compliance levels.

    • Researches and responds to inquiries related to case good sales orders, inventory, deliveries, quality issues and claims, invoices, pricing, price promotions, credit information, credit terms and proof of deliveries. 

    • Provides visibility to and assists with meeting designated BU financial objectives.

    • Assists with special projects such as supplier presentations, departmental mass mailings, cost analyses, and internal meetings as requested to review supply chain topics.

    • Advocates for and represents distributor partners when working cross-functionally on special projects or operational issues as they arise.

    • Functions as the COIN 2.0 Ordering Portal subject matter expert forth external and internal customers.

    • Reviews and assesses product rotation to identify risks and proactively plan remediation.

    • Collaborates the Inventory Planning team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in assigning brewery shipments to WSPs.

    • Works closely with Transportation team to determine cost efficient options when securing transportation for non-standard shipments. 

    • Manages and reviews invoicing process with CM Coordinators to ensure timely invoicing and resolution to issues.

    • Coordinates communication amongst department personnel, field sales, WSPs, distributors, and transportation vendors. 

    • Develops the Coordinator position and manages direct reports.

    • Responds to all requests within 24 hours.   

    • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s degree or job equivalent experience is required with 5 years work experience demonstrating expanding responsibilities within assigned tasks.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (or equivalent software. 

    • Must be comfortable working with computers and have the ability to learn new software.

    • Requires well-developed communication, organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of people at all levels.   

    • Must be a detail-minded, analytical, deadline-oriented self-starter who has the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

    • Requires a high customer service focus and the ability to problem solve to meet and exceed customer expectations. 

    • Must be willing and able to travel as needed.

    • Must be willing to learn and acquire new skills and abilities.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with ERP software preferred.

    • Experience with accounting procedures and/or inventory control is preferred.

    Physical Requirements/Work Environment

    Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods. Lifting may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

    The salary range for this role is:

    $76,800.00 - $115,100.00

    This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
