    Position summary

    • Responsible for assignment of Purchase Orders per CBRE Policies and AS approval authorization matrix. Assist with the preparation of accurate tenant billings.

    • Assist in coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs, and "walks-through" spaces with tenants and tenant improvement department.

    • Assist in preparing and delivering timely, accurate and complete reports. Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

    • May assist in producing research data on budget line items or entering budget data provided by manager into budget reports.

    • May gather and confirm preliminary data for accounts receivable aging reports

    • Provide informal assistance such as operational guidance, and/or training to coworkers.

    • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

    • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university preferred and a minimum of one to two years of related experience and/or training.

    • Active Real Estate License is required.

    • Experience with budgeting and financial reporting is highly preferred.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present information.

    • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Conducts basic financial analysis.

    • Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

    • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

    Equal Pay Disclaimer

    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Associate Real Estate Manager is $110,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Associate Real Estate Manager is $125,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401k, dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance.
