The ideal candidate is a high motivated, quality conscious, self-starter with experience in operations, command centers, and/or mission control centers. The candidate must possess excellent written & verbal communication skills, and the shown ability to lead under stressful situations.
Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
What You'll Do:
Manage, plan, coordinate, monitor, direct, and evaluate the work of the OCC staff (8 functional teams).
Coordinate the deployment and recovering of resources during emergencies, incidents, & special events.
Deploy appropriate resources to mitigate incidents relating to engineering, electrical, and maintenance concerns.
Collaborate with all appropriate business units, shareholders, and partners on incident response & mitigation.
Consistently exceed established Command Center key performance indicators (KPI's), metrics, & requirements.
Author day to day post orders, policies, and operational procedures, including training and routine exercises.
Regularly author incident reports, weather reports, email notifications, impact statements, and daily shift reports.
Work with asset & software such as MAXIMO; ensures incidents are properly recorded.

A complete four-year degree is preferred.
Completion and certifications in FEMA Incident Management Systems and National Incident Management System
Experience using asset and incident management software to record incidents and measure trends and statistics.
Solid understanding of Fire/Life Safety procedures & policies for a commercial or residential facility is required.
Must have 6+ years supervisory experience including the ability to plan, prioritize, and assign tasks to employees.
Must have 8+ years proven experience in property management, operations, or government operations.
Strong computer knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word), social media, & Maximo.
Strong communication skills with an ability to relay incident details professionally, concisely, and accurately.
Highly motivated, quality driven self-starter who requires little to no supervision and promotes teamwork.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum base salary for the Operations Command Center Manager is $150,000 annually, and the maximum base salary for the Operations Command Center Manager is $180,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
